Do you take commissions?

Currently, I do not. I am focusing on producing work for my graduate school application portfolio, and that takes priority over anything else. 

 

Is your ware food-safe?

Each item is labeled with its own specifications. All of my pottery that is made for food use (cups, bowls, mugs) are food-safe, and are labeled as such. Vases and the like are not made for food use, but nothing is glazed with anything dangerous/poisonous. 

 

Is your ware microwave/dishwasher/oven safe?

Anything on my site that is labeled as “waterproof” is safe to go in the dishwasher, but really all handmade items are better off being hand washed. Anything on my site that is food safe is safe to go in the microwave, just handle them carefully as they may become hot. And absolutely nothing on my site is safe for the oven or an open flame or burner. 

 

Do you use tracked shipping?

Yes, I do. After you place your order, I will pack it up and mail it via USPS, and then you will receive an email with the tracking details. 

 

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, I do. If you are willing to pay for my work to get to you, I have no problem shipping it anywhere USPS allows me to. Any customs fees subjected to your package once it arrives in your country are outside of my control. International shipping may take up to thirty days to arrive, so please place any orders accordingly. If you need a package to get to you quickly, please send me an email via my CONTACT page, and I’ll do what I can.

 

Return Policy:

All sales are final.

Any alterations to your order (including but not limited to items purchased, shipping address, etc) cannot be made after I drop off the package with the USPS. If you have a necessary alteration that must be made before I send the package, please use my CONTACT page immediately, or send me a DM via Instagram.
